- We have no control over courier services. Our shop will not be liable for damages caused by shipment, as well as delays in the courier's shipping schedule. - The outer box (the corrugated box for shipment) is used for packaging purposes only. We will not accept returns/refunds for outer box damages; we send photos of all sides of the product before shipment. No clear unboxing video and photos (with the exact waybill), no refunds/returns. We are always transparent about the condition of the item(s) before selling them/shipping them out.
- All items are factory/manufacture sealed. Any damages or defects on the product itself (like paint stains, minor box issues, loose stickers, etc) are beyond our control. Please be reminded that these items are mass produced. Any concerns regarding these things or the like shall be directly brought up & addressed to the manufacturer.
